Spring and Summer Art Camps!

The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts has another fantastic lineup of Summer Art Camps for 2025!

Designed for ages 5 to 8 and 9 to 12, weekly camps are held from June 2 through August 1, in full-day or half-day formats. Each camp features a different theme as children discover artistic processes, learn from guest artists, and spend time in the galleries of the museum. Space is limited and registration is required.

Treat your child, grandchild, or friend to a gift of art!

Summer Art Camps for 5-8 year olds:

Mini Masters

Travel back in time through art history to learn about famous artists and their work. Campers will learn about a new artist each day, and use their techniques to create a work of art.

Get Moving!

Whether you are twirling, spinning, or making sculptures come to life, this camp is all about the fascinating relationship between motion and creativity. Create moving sculptures, learn about mechanical art, and experiment with various forms of dance, theater, and performance art.

Creatures

Back by popular demand, this week will create art inspired by dragons, sea monsters, serpents and other mythical creatures!

Travel Around the World

Join us on an art adventure around the world, with “stops” in Japan, Mexico, Greece and other countries to gain inspiration from the art of these countries.

Fantasy

All About Texture!

Create art inspired by the museum’s summer exhibition, “Art Unleashed: Creativity You Can Feel!” Students will tour the museum and make their own works of art using textures, fibers, mixed media, and more.

Express Yourself!

This week takes inspiration from Modern Artists to express ideas through collage, abstract paintings, color washes and more. Be prepared to get messy and let loose!
