Are You Ready To Give Your Child The Most Exciting And Enriching Summer Experience Ever?

Look No Further! Our Summer Theatre Camp is Back, and it’s Better than Ever!

A.D. Players Emerging Artists Theatre Camp
A.D. Players Emerging Artists Theatre Camp is presented in week-long sessions designed to nurture and challenge students as they work towards an end-of-camp showcase.

Our Emerging Artists Theatre Camp is built for students who are theatre-curious and just starting out on their journey into drama. In our camp, students will develop acting, scriptwriting, and design skills through a game-based approach focused on creative expression.

Your child will embark on an incredible journey of self discovery and creativity, all while learning valuable life skills. We believe in fostering a Christian worldview to nurture young hearts and minds.

  • Acting and Performance: From stage presence to character development, our instructors will guide your child through the exciting world of acting and stagecraft.

  • Creative expression: Discover the power of self-expression through improv, story development and stage design in a safe and encouraging environment.

  • Life Long Skills: Collaboration, adaptability, and the confidence needed to think on your feet are all woven into the fabric of camp activities.

  • Christian Values: Our camp is built on the foundation of Christian principles, promoting kindness, compassion, and empathy.

Campers will thrive in a positive and encouraging environment centered on Christian values. Our camps will be in 10 different locations this summer and serve students Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Much Ado About Summer Theatre Camp
We’re also proud to announce Much Ado About Summer – our Summer Shakespeare Performance Camp for students entering grades 7–10.

Over two exciting weeks, young actors will explore the wit, drama, and language of Shakespeare as they prepare to stage a full production of a 45-minute adaptation of the beloved comedy, A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Our camp experience will build on the skills your young actor has already developed, challenging them, and fostering growth through, arguably, the world’s greatest playwright.

And it’s not just performing, at our camp your student will walk away with an experience that:

  •  Boosts Language Skills – Builds vocabulary, confidence, and reading comprehension.

  •  Grows Emotional Awareness – Helps students explore big feelings safely.

  •  Sharpens Thinking – Encourages analysis of motives, choices, and consequences.

  •  Builds Empathy – Students step into the lives of characters very different from themselves

  •  Strengthens Communication – Improves clarity, projection, and self-expression.

  • Connects to Culture – Gives students a foundation for literature, art, and pop culture references.

  • Encourages Teamwork – Staging Shakespeare requires listening, cooperation, and trust.

  • Sparks Creativity – Wordplay, comedy, and imaginative worlds let kids take risks and have fun.

  • Builds Resilience – Students learn persistence by tackling challenging material.

All of this (and more) awaits your student in this supportive environment, guided by Chrisitan values.

Guided by experienced teaching artists, campers will build confidence, creativity, and teamwork as they move through engaging rehearsals, movement, and voice work bringing A Midsummer Night’s Dream to life on stage.

Auditions will occur on the first day of camp. Morning and Afternoon sessions are available.

One location only.
