Karate Life Skills

For Ages 3-7
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:20pm – 6:05pm

Our Life Skills Karate program is specially designed for young children combining fun, structure, and character development in an exciting martial arts environment.

At this age, children are developing foundational skills that shape their future success in school and in life. Our classes focus on improving focus, listening skills, memory, coordination, balance, and the ability to follow directions — all while building confidence and self-control.

Through age-appropriate drills, interactive games, and basic martial arts techniques, students learn important life lessons such as:

• Respect for Parents, Teachers, and Peers
• Discipline and Self-Control
• Confidence and Courage
• Patience and Perseverance
• Teamwork and Positive Social Skills

Each class is structured to keep young minds engaged while reinforcing essential developmental milestones. Students learn how to line up properly, take turns, respond to instructions, and complete tasks independently that are all skills that directly support classroom success.

Our instructors create a positive, encouraging environment where children feel safe, supported, and proud of their accomplishments. Every child progress at their own pace while learning the value of effort and determination.

More than just kicks and punches, our Life Skills Karate program helps build strong bodies, strong minds, and strong character.

With limited availability ensuring quality and attention, and personalized enrollment, all families are required to schedule a registration appointment before enrollment.

Karate Classes

For Ages 8 and Up
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:10pm – 6:55pm

We’re excited to introduce our newest Karate Class for ages 8 and up that are designed to build confidence, discipline, and focus in a structured high-energy environment.

At Sensei’s School of Martial Arts, we go beyond kicks and punches. Our students develop life skills that carry over into school, home, and everyday situations—respect, self-control, perseverance, and leadership.

This new class is perfect for beginners or students ready to take their training to the next level.
