What makes Westbury Christian School Academics Different?

• Purposefully small class sizes. Our average class size of 12 allows teachers to know their students and work with them individually to meet their academic goals.
• 9:1 student-teacher ratio enables us to strengthen the curriculum and move further and faster than most programs to heighten academic growth while ensuring that we encourage and support each individual student.
• Core and electives are taught from a Christian perspective and provide for the education of the whole child.
• 1:1 Technology Program. For students in Kindergarten through 6th grade, laptops stay in each student’s classroom. Laptops have age-appropriate use to enhance the academic curriculum. Middle School and High School students are responsible for their laptops.
• 4 Science labs. 3 science labs and a WCS Makerspace allows our students the ability to explore and discover God’s creation. The WCS Makerspace allows for discovery learning, project-based learning, and innovative thinking.  With 3 3D printers, our students have a chance to explore, test, and solve problems, and it also provides a convenient space for collaborative work on projects.

Karate & Tae Kwon Do

Come join us as we practice the awesome fundamentals of martial arts. Learn self-control, confidence, discipline, and respect while also strengthening your physical capabilities. Students will enjoy the benefits of: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, agility, flexibility, discipline, and confidence. Students will be better equipped to protect themselves at the end of a term. Most importantly, students will have fun!

Westbury Christian School Summer Camps

Westbury Christian School offers two summer camp programs for July.

• Westbury Christian Summer Camp is a weekly program for ages 3 years – 4th grade with tracks in STEM, Sports and Fine Arts. Each camp track has daily Bible classes, crafts, games, fun Friday splash days and an end of track field trip.
• Wildcat Mini Cheerleading Camp is open to girls entering grades K through 5th. The camp will be lead by our varsity cheerleaders and head coach De’Jeanne Hall. All campers will receive great instruction as well as a camp shirt. Camp will be held at the Westbury Christian Athletic Complex (10402 Fondren Rd. Houston, Texas).
