Children's Festival 2008 April 5th & 6th.

Dear Fellow participants,

First, thank all of you that have helped with The Kid's Directory booth at the Children's Festival last year.  Without your efforts our booth would not be as successful as it has been.
Again this year, we will be following a  few rules that will make everything run smoothly. Given the thousands of families that will stop by our booth area, we need some general guidelines.

1.  Bring flyers and other material that you wish to hand out that takes up a minimal amount of table space (like 8 1/2" by say 14").  We simply don't have room for large displays

2.  We want everyone to help stuff and pass out The Kid's Directories.

3.  Sign up to help by March 12th as this is the deadline for gate passes and vehicle passes.  Performers - I need to know by the 9th if you want your name to be included in the program.
